These Terms of Service govern your use of the CytraX Control bot, control panel, website, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service, Discord’s Developer Terms, and any applicable laws. You may only use the service if you have authority to manage the Discord server where the bot is installed.
2. Service Description
The service provides Discord server tools including verification, role assignment, reaction roles, moderation automation, audit logging, and web-based configuration. Features may change, be added, removed, or limited at any time.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- violate Discord rules or policies
- harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
- evade moderation or security controls
- interfere with the operation or security of the service
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, sessions, or infrastructure
- use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or malicious activity
4. Server Responsibility
You are responsible for the settings you apply in your server, including role mappings, verification rules, moderation actions, logging, and reaction role setup. We are not responsible for server misconfiguration or accidental actions caused by your settings.
5. Data and Server Information
The service may process limited Discord-related data required for functionality, such as user IDs, guild IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, verification events, configuration values, and audit history.
6. Verification and Moderation Actions
Depending on how a server is configured, the service may grant roles, remove roles, send reminders, send direct messages, kick users, ban users, and log verification events. These actions occur according to server configuration and remain the responsibility of the server owner or manager using the service.
7. Availability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent feature support.
8. Third-Party Services
The service may depend on third-party providers including Discord, Cloudflare Turnstile, hosting providers, reverse proxies, and IP reputation tools. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures caused by those providers.
9. Suspension and Termination
Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated at any time, with or without notice, especially if these terms are violated or if operation of the service creates risk.
10. Disclaimer
The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including reliability, availability, security, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, access, moderation mistakes, or community disruption caused by service use or configuration.
12. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
